Media & Ad Sales Manager

TravelPride is seeking two Media and Ad Sales Managers to help us build a strong advertising base and sales team. We will be accepting people from all over the world. We’re currently seeing a sharp rise in interaction and viewership, and now’s the perfect time for companies to get on board with TravelPride!

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Ability to work on their own schedule
  • Ability to close the deal
  • Knowledge of sales platforms like HubSpot Sales CRM

Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage sales by reviewing pipelines and using the Sales channel in Slack to communicate about deals, opportunities, etc.
  • Working with graphic design team and marketing to come up with sales materials needed
  • Working with writers to promote content about sponsors
  • Sell advertising and sponsorship packages
  • Work with the Editor in Chief on ad package structure and pricing
  • Ensure that the promised results are given to the sponsors

  • Commission off of sales generated by staff and writers (secondary commission)
