TravelPride is seeking two Media and Ad Sales Managers to help us build a strong advertising base and sales team. We will be accepting people from all over the world. We’re currently seeing a sharp rise in interaction and viewership, and now’s the perfect time for companies to get on board with TravelPride!
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Demonstrated sales success
- Experience in leading a sales team
- Ability to work on their own schedule
- Ability to close the deal
- Knowledge of sales platforms like HubSpot Sales CRM
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage sales by reviewing pipelines and using the Sales channel in Slack to communicate about deals, opportunities, etc.
- Working with graphic design team and marketing to come up with sales materials needed
- Working with writers to promote content about sponsors
- Sell advertising and sponsorship packages
- Work with the Editor in Chief on ad package structure and pricing
- Ensure that the promised results are given to the sponsors
- High commission rate on all personal sales
- Commission off of sales generated by staff and writers (secondary commission)
- Base pay negotiated based on experience and proven results
- Bonuses at various levels of sales
- Limited meetings! More time to get what you need done!
